Welcome to Switch O Rama. By utilizing our site and purchasing our custom modification kits, you are entering into a binding agreement with the MOD-BASE core team. 1. MODIFICATION DISCLOSURE: All shell replacements are DIY components. Users acknowledge that shell replacement involves high-precision hardware interaction. Switch O Rama is not responsible for hardware damage incurred during user installation. 2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: All housing designs, custom colorways, and proprietary assembly manuals are the sole property of Switch O Rama. Unauthorized replication of shell modules is prohibited. 3. USAGE PROTOCOL: We reserve the right to limit quantities of high-demand tactical shells to ensure fair deployment across the gaming community.

02 // REFUND POLICY

We stand by our precision engineering. If your shell module does not meet modular standards, follow the protocols below: 1. RETURN WINDOW: You have a 14-day window from the timestamp of delivery to initiate a return request. 2. COMPONENT STATE: Returns are only accepted for shells in pristine, uninstalled condition. Any housing that has been modified, drilled, or installed onto hardware is ineligible for refund due to strict safety and quality standards.3. PROCESSING NODE: Refunds will be distributed to the original payment source within 5-10 business solar days after our technicians verify the component integrity.
